I.C.E. Transport, as a licensed ocean transport intermediary (OTI, formerly NVOCC), has the right to issue its own Bill of Lading – a Sea Waybill.

This translates to full responsibility for the condition of the shipment during its entire travel and it allows our customers to take advantage of Letters of Credit requiring the issuance of an ocean carrier’s Bill of Lading.
